What this automation does

This is a ready-made automation inside AutomationHub.cloud. You configure the required services and settings; AutomationHub.cloud handles the defined background steps.

• provides a configurable hosted signup page for creator audiences
• verifies the visitor’s selected YouTube channel and subscription status
• sends successful signups to Kit with double opt-in, tracking context and optional membership tags
• can synchronize active YouTube channel members and membership levels using the official Memberships API when available or the optional AutomationHub Browser Extension fallback
• detects joins, rejoins, cancellations and membership-level changes from synchronized membership state and can create AutomationHub and email notifications
• projects current membership status, membership-level fields and mapped membership tags into the existing Kit follow-up flow

Before you start

• a connected YouTube account for the creator channel
• a connected Kit account and a valid Kit form
• the landing-page, consent and optional membership settings completed
• for Browser Extension membership sync: Chrome with the AutomationHub Browser Extension connected, the extension option enabled in Automation 7 and the creator still signed in to the correct YouTube Studio account
• creator privacy and legal-notice links ready for the hosted page

Basic setup

1. Open + Add and add the automation to your workspace.
2. Connect any missing services. When all required connections are available, AutomationHub.cloud opens the automation settings.
3. Configure the Kit form, hosted-page content, consent links and tracking options. If membership handling is enabled, choose whether Automation 7 should use the official YouTube Memberships API or the AutomationHub Browser Extension fallback; connect the extension when prompted and keep Chrome signed in to the correct YouTube Studio account.
4. Save the configuration, then choose Activate now or Later. Before activation, AutomationHub.cloud validates every required connection.

Expected results

• a hosted, verified signup flow for the creator audience
• Kit double opt-in status and operational visibility inside AutomationHub.cloud
• optional current membership and membership-level state for Kit tagging and later membership-change processing
• optional in-app and email notifications for membership joins, rejoins, cancellations and level changes

Troubleshooting

• Check that the automation is enabled and the green status indicator is shown.
• Confirm that every required connected service is still active.
• If activation reports a connection problem, reconnect the affected service and activate the automation again.
• Verify that the configuration was saved with all required fields completed.
• Make sure the configured trigger conditions are actually met.
