Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your use of automationhub.cloud and forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

1. You must use the Service lawfully

  • No illegal activity or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • No infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

2. No abuse, disruption, or security violations

  • No malware, phishing, credential theft, or distribution of harmful code.
  • No attempts to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated attacks against the Service.
  • No prompt injection or attempts to manipulate AI features to exfiltrate secrets or break safeguards.

3. Responsible use of automations and integrations

  • You must have authorization to connect Third-Party Services and process their data.
  • You are responsible for your automation configuration and for reviewing outputs (including AI outputs) before using them.
  • No use that causes excessive load, spam, or policy violations in connected Third-Party Services.

4. Content restrictions

  • No content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
  • No attempts to process special categories of personal data unless strictly necessary and legally permitted.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, investigate incidents, and take legal action where appropriate.

6. Reporting

If you believe your account is compromised or notice misuse, contact support via the in-app form.
