Trello Google Drive AI

What this automation does

This is a ready-made automation inside AutomationHub.cloud. You configure the required services and settings; AutomationHub.cloud handles the defined background steps.

  • creates or reuses a prepared Google Sheet and attaches it to the Trello card
  • processes source URLs from the sheet with recursive AI-assisted analysis
  • writes structured title, owner, licence and review information back to the sheet

Typical use cases

  • prepare image source and licence information for editorial review
  • reduce repetitive research across batches of source URLs
  • keep the sheet, status and triggering work connected to the Trello card

Before you start

  • a connected Trello account with the configured trigger lists
  • a connected Google Drive account with a target folder
  • source URLs ready to be entered into the generated Google Sheet

Basic setup

  1. Open + Add and add the automation to your workspace.
  2. Connect any missing services. When all required connections are available, AutomationHub.cloud opens the automation settings.
  3. Select the Trello lists for template creation and processing, plus the Google Drive location used for the generated sheet.
  4. Save the configuration, then choose Activate now or Later. Before activation, AutomationHub.cloud validates every required connection.

Expected results

  • a reusable Google Sheet attached to the Trello card
  • structured image-rights fields with clear manual-review notes where needed

Troubleshooting

  • Check that the automation is enabled and the green status indicator is shown.
  • Confirm that every required connected service is still active.
  • If activation reports a connection problem, reconnect the affected service and activate the automation again.
  • Verify that the configuration was saved with all required fields completed.
  • Make sure the configured trigger conditions are actually met.
