YouTube Upload from Trello

What this automation does

This is a ready-made automation inside AutomationHub.cloud. You configure the required services and settings; AutomationHub.cloud handles the defined background steps.

• reads the configured source video and card context from Trello
• uses Google Drive as a controlled temporary handoff for the upload
• uploads the video privately to YouTube and posts status updates to the Trello card

Before you start

• a connected Trello account with access to the target board
• a connected Google Drive account
• a connected YouTube account with upload permission
• a supported source video linked or attached to the Trello card

Basic setup

1. Open + Add and add the automation to your workspace.
2. Connect any missing services. When all required connections are available, AutomationHub.cloud opens the automation settings.
3. Select the Trello board and upload list, the Google Drive handoff folder and the YouTube upload settings.
4. Save the configuration, then choose Activate now or Later. Before activation, AutomationHub.cloud validates every required connection.

Expected results

• a private YouTube upload ready for the next publishing steps
• clear progress and completion feedback on the Trello card

Troubleshooting

• Check that the automation is enabled and the green status indicator is shown.
• Confirm that every required connected service is still active.
• If activation reports a connection problem, reconnect the affected service and activate the automation again.
• Verify that the configuration was saved with all required fields completed.
• Make sure the configured trigger conditions are actually met.
