What this automation does

This is a ready-made automation inside AutomationHub.cloud. You configure the required services and settings; AutomationHub.cloud handles the defined background steps.

• detects private or members-only YouTube videos with a scheduled public release date
• uses the video title and description to create a short newsletter introduction in the selected language
• adds the public YouTube channel branding header, video thumbnail, video link and availability time when available
• can insert a configurable creator note above or below the video section
• creates a Kit broadcast that can be scheduled automatically or left for manual sending
• can add membership-aware Kit broadcast blocks when Automation 7 is active for the same YouTube channel and Kit profile
• can show a non-member join call-to-action and member perk sections based on synchronized YouTube membership level tags

Before you start

• a connected YouTube account for the creator channel
• a connected Kit account
• the correct Kit template and audience filter settings
• a release schedule that leaves enough time for the selected lead time
• for membership-aware broadcast blocks: Automation 7 active for the same YouTube channel and Kit profile with current membership sync data

Basic setup

1. Open + Add and add the automation to your workspace.
2. Connect any missing services. When all required connections are available, AutomationHub.cloud opens the automation settings.
3. Choose the release timing, Kit template, audience filter, optional channel branding, optional creator note and optional membership-aware broadcast blocks. Membership blocks require Automation 7 to be active for the same YouTube channel and Kit profile.
4. Save the configuration, then choose Activate now or Later. Before activation, AutomationHub.cloud validates every required connection.

Expected results

• a prepared or scheduled branded Kit broadcast for the upcoming video
• a broadcast draft that can include channel branding, video availability timing, custom notes and member-specific sections
• less repetitive release communication work

Troubleshooting

• Check that the automation is enabled and the green status indicator is shown.
• Confirm that every required connected service is still active.
• If activation reports a connection problem, reconnect the affected service and activate the automation again.
• Verify that the configuration was saved with all required fields completed.
• Make sure the configured trigger conditions are actually met.
